I'm A DJ, Not A Jukebox!

Just a quick one.

Scenario: Recent Party

Given an 8 hour running time playlist for a 4.5 hour party. Around 12-15 songs from every genre imaginable (Pop, 70's, 80's, 90's, Dance, Hip-Hop, R&B, Oldies, Motown, Disco, Cheese, Indie, Rock + more. You get it!)

The list just didn't work. No one dancing.

Ditched the list! The rest of the evening the dancefloor is full!

Client at the end of the night?? Loved it, said I was brilliant. Upset that the night seemed to go so quickly. Said nothing about the playlist!

So endeth the lecture!
