A Quick Catch Up...

You may have noticed I've been a little quiet, so it's time to change that.

So the mad Christmas and New Year came and went, and now for the quieter earlier months of the year. Saying that, we had plenty of bookings in January and February. March was looking a little sparse, however that all changed a couple of weeks ago when we were booked for our first public event of the year, DJ'ing at the prestigious Stockport Market for their Mad March Market!

This event runs for 3 days, starting on Friday the 17th of March and ending on Sunday the 19th of March. You can catch us providing the music over the 3 day event, and everyone is welcome to attend!

Here's one for you, just read this on a DJ forum I am a member of. DJ arrives at venue to find the lift out of order, and the room where the event is taking place is up 9 flights of stairs!!

Firstly, never book this venue!!!!!

No DJ in his right mind is going to lug his gear up 9 flights of stairs, it's a health and safety nightmare! If a DJ pulls his back during the load in, firstly how's he going to get his stuff out of there and also that's probably at least 4 weeks of him having to cancel other peoples gigs. As a professional DJ company, we do everything by contract, and any unusual load ins (like this one) must be discussed first, so ensure you visit your venue when booking it and think about not only your dj's access but your guests access should the lift be out of order!

I'll stick with what I said, never, and I mean NEVER book a venue like this!
